This is just as its name implies - fried alligator tail. You know that phrase, "tastes like chicken?" Well, that applies here, HOWEVER, it chewed like calamari... weeeeiiird.

No kidding.. alligator tail? ever tried alligator meat? you might find it in some chinese restaurants.
I'm not really cool with it (or whatever else the chinese eat) but whatever.
