This sandwich is comprised of pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing. I only ordered the 9" sandwich because any more than that tastes too... saturated? heavy? I don't know, but the sandwich is good in smaller doses.

The first pic looks rather similar to something we have over here, called "Roti John", meaning "John's Bread". Roti John originated from the state of Melaka in Malaysia, which is the state I'm from.
Too much sauce... but I'd eat that.
